Purpose:
To successfully manage all activities and processes of and within the Finance, Tax and Control Division in accordance with GAAP, JOA, PSA requirements.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

To ensure the preparation of all necessary financial reporting documentation in compliance with GAAP, JOA and PSA requirements for cost recoverability and in line with company corporate policies.

To be the owner of the budgeting and PSA compliance processes, implemented with the support of the other Divisions.

To liaise with Development Division for management reporting.

To develop tax strategy and ensure that tax and treasury activities are accurately and timely performed.

To provide insurance strategy according to regulations and best industry practices.

To supervise business audit activities.

To interface with Partners and Authorities for all financial issues.

To define venture-wide guidelines for contracts administration.

To review budget proposals for indirect costs.

To review budget with regard to the budget financial and economic consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum15 years of experience in the industry.

Minimum 10 years of international experience in similar positions.

Degree in economics and post graduate MBA or similar.

Strong personality, ability to work in a team, leadership.

Ability in managing international staff in different locations.
Required Competencies:

Full knowledge of all financial aspects of a major Company in the Oil Industry.
