Purpose:
To assist the Budget and Compliance Manager and TSA Coordinator in the performance of Technical Service Agreement (TSA) related Activities.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Perform TSA activities (requests for services, cost quotations and job order).

Prepare and issue TSA job orders.

Follow-up TSA related audit enquiries.

Check job orders with the budget.
-
Load TSA job order, cost quotation data into JDE.
-
Update TSA Excel file.

Correspondence with budget holders and Partner Companies.

Main Interfaces:
Company:
Liaison with the Budget and Finance Compliance Officer and Budget Holders, Cost Engineers and Procurement.
External:
Liaison with all the partners for job orders.
Qualifications & Experience:

Technical school or University degree.

Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or auditing experience in an international company.
Required Competencies:
-
A good understanding of accounting and the JDE system.
-
Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.

International experience.
