Long technical career journey of around 30 years full of success, hard work, problem solving, commercial aware, innovative and high-quality technical Well Engineering solutions for the majority of the technical challenges during this long journey which includes 17 years as Shell employee , 3 years PDO Oman as direct hire and first 10 ears in my technical life was with PETROBEL ( Egypt-ENI JV)

Have worked onshore /offshore Egypt and overseas too wells experience, HSE and Well Integrity & Well Process Safety as top priority focus including drilling, completion, well integrity, well interventions and work over including conventional, HPHT , gas and oil wells, Hot , cold wells.

Also, I have been involved in the design and execution of heavy oil/Hot wells and polymer flood during my assignment with PDO OMAN as I been leading PDO South drilling, completion and work-over team for Amal Steam flooding, Marmul Polymer flood , Rajaa-18 Dumpflood, Wire-Line retrievable ESP , applying Lean Process , DWOP, SWOP, e-DTL etc. from 2005 to 2014.

Recent +7 years with Shell Egypt, seconded to BAPETCO where we have creatively installed 2 7l8” velocity string in old, depleted gas wells using conventional well pulling unit with ZERO formation damage saving 50% of the budget compare to use the Hydraulic work-over unit addition to too many initiatives which positively impacted in the overall HSE and operation performance.
