Career synopsis
Kamal BAKIRI is a Production Manager with 16 years’ total experience, within the major Oil Operator in Algeria.
Worked within multidisciplinary and international team on rotational basis for Well and Field Management (digital oil field) in the mature Algerian oilfield of Hassi Messaoud.
My tasks are mainly focus on well surveillance and management activities and production optimization. This includes surveillance of the oil producer wells in addition to water and gas flooding projects.
The oil producers are comprised of wells producing with natural flow and other wells are equipped with artificial lift systems (continuous injection through concentric strings and gaslift valves, and ESP wells).
Actively participated in a study, which improved the production of a satellite field by 3% in 2013.
