TSA Accountant

Purpose: 

To assist the Budget and Compliance Manager and TSA Coordinator in the performance of Technical Service Agreement (TSA) related Activities. 

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform TSA activities (requests for services, cost quotations and job order). 

  • Prepare and issue TSA job orders. 

  • Follow-up TSA related audit enquiries. 

  • Check job orders with the budget. 

  • Load TSA job order, cost quotation data into JDE. 

  • Update TSA Excel file. 

  • Correspondence with budget holders and Partner Companies. 

Safety Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment, by abiding by Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations. 

  • Corporate Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying company Safety Management Systems. 

Main Interfaces: 

Company: 

Liaison with the Budget and Finance Compliance Officer and Budget Holders, Cost Engineers and Procurement. 

External: 

Liaison with all the partners for job orders. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Technical school or University degree. 

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting and/or auditing experience in an international company. 

Required Competencies: 

  • A good understanding of accounting and the JDE system. 

  • Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel. 

  • International experience.
