Коучинг – это деятельность, которая направлена на достижение целей в бизнесе и жизни. Специалиста, помогающего достичь успеха в определенной сфере, называют коучем. Он не обучает, а показывает возможности и помогает определиться с планом действий, чтобы добраться из заданной точки в финальную и получить конкретный результат. Не стоит путать коуча с психологом или психотерапевтом, которые выясняют причины проблем человека, разбираются в его прошлом, чтобы изменить жизнь к лучшему в настоящем.
