Purpose:
To assist the Financial Control Coordinator in collection, analysis and reporting of financial data and the maintenance of the corporate Chart of Accounts.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Coordinating the Company’s Chart of Accounts maintenance (creation and modification of Business Units, WBS and object accounts).

Uploading, revising and reconciling budget/forecast/planning data in JDE and other ERP systems and providing relevant quality checking.

Writing reports from JDE and other tools for the requirements of finance group, budget holders and cost engineers.

Providing assistance to other departments in coding in JDE and other ERP systems.

Verification of VOWD calculations and resulting accruals entries.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 year’s accounting experience in an international company.
Required Competencies:

Good understanding of accounting and reporting.

Computer literate on Microsoft programs: Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.

International experience.

Excellent Computer skills.
